Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns are not accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Refunds are not eligible unless there is a shipping issue such as a lost shipping item, or a received broken vessel due to shipping.   You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a dated picture of the broken product showcasing the delivery date.  

To start a refund request, you can contact us at sk_candles@outlook.com.  Please include required documentation in the email.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
